Mnikesa Whitaker-Haaheim

Educator, curriculum writer, and instructional designer

For 25 years I have designed learning for people who needed it to work the first time. I am a Yale Fellow and published curriculum author, and I am completing an M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction, Reading Specialization, at Texas A&M International University (expected Summer 2027).

Case Study: Transitioning Academic Frameworks into Corporate Performance Solutions

The Business Challenge:
Remote employees, contractors, and newly onboarded team members frequently face acute cognitive overload and time-management bottlenecks in fast-paced environments. Without clear systems, these barriers directly result in missed deadlines, organizational friction, and decreased operational task-velocity.

The Instructional Solution:
To solve this operational gap, I extracted raw pedagogical data from a linear, print-based time-management guide and re-architected it into an interactive, multi-modal micro-learning module utilizing the ADDIE framework.

By chunking static text into an intentional habit-scaffold, this solution moves adult learners from passive reading to active compliance. Interact with the live, fully responsive module below:
